What should I pack?
The dress code is as follows: for sessions, casual is appropriate, jeans and relaxed attire; for Sunday and Monday evening events, casual; for Tuesday Gala, cocktail. Average temperatures are in the low-60s during the day, low-40s in the evenings – please be sure to pack layers for cooler weather.

How do I book my flight?
We are working with a travel partner to book all flights. The link to book flights will be sent at a later date. Given the proximity of Big Cedar Lodge to both St. Louis and Kansas City, only those located outside of Missouri and Kansas will need to book flights. 

What airport will I be flying into? 
For those flying in for the All Company Meeting, St. Louis (STL) will be the primary airport. Bus transportation arrangements will be determined once flights are booked. 

 

When I arrive at the airport, where do I meet the driver to transfer me to the hotel?
Upon arrival, follow the signs for ground transportation and ride share. Please take an Uber to the Interlace Health offices at 13421 Manchester Rd., St. Louis, MO 63131. Shuttles to Big Cedar Lodge will depart from the office for all employees. 

 

What time is check-in and check-out at Big Cedar Lodge?
We will do our best to ensure your room is ready upon arrival at the hotel, check-in is at 4 p.m. 

Check-out time is 11 a.m. Should you need a late check-out time, please visit the registration desk when you arrive to accommodate this request. 

 

What can I use my corporate AMEX for during the trip?
Corporate AMEX cards will be turned off for this trip as nearly all expenses will be covered by the company. Expenses incurred on travel days can be expensed post-event through the regular expense process.

 

What expenses are covered by Interlace for this program?

Interlace Health will cover most of your incidental charges. However, personal expenses, such as late-night beverages, will be at your own cost, and you are expected to use a personal credit card for these purchases.

Covered by Interlace Health:

• Round-trip airfare to/from STL for employees located outside of Kansas City or St. Louis
• Uber or rideshare from the airport to Interlace offices for employees flying to the meeting will be reimbursed
• Transportation from Big Cedar to STL for employees flying to the meeting
• Transportation from St. Louis or Kansas City for local employees
• Room, tax, and resort fees at Big Cedar Lodge
• Group meals
• Afternoon activity on Monday

Not covered by Interlace Health:

• Extended stays at Big Cedar
• Meals and drinks outside of group meals
• Incidentals

 
Where should I park if I am driving?
Big Cedar Lodge offers complimentary parking on premise. You will receive instructions on where to check-in upon arrival and parking options.
 
Will I have Internet and email access?
Yes, complimentary Internet will be provided at Big Cedar Lodge.

Am I able to participate in this year's Annual Company Meeting virtually?

There will not be a virtual option for the meetings taking place at Big Cedar Lodge January 12-15, 2025. 
 

Am I able to pre or post extend my trip? 
Yes, please contact InterlaceEvents@thirdaveevents.com to inquire about availability. This extension would be at your own expense.
